By accessing and using the Bergasoft website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located atbergasoft.devand our software development services.

Bergasoft provides the following services:

• Custom software development
• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting
• Software maintenance and support

All services are provided on a project basis or under separate service agreements. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual contracts.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally and respectfully

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom software, applications, and designs created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

Bergasoft Property

Bergasoft retains ownership of:

• General methodologies and know-how
• Pre-existing code and frameworks
• Tools and utilities developed for internal use
• Documentation templates and processes

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue payments
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
